10. Client Customer Data
When our clients input their customers' personal data into the platform (names, phone numbers, emails), our clients are the data controllers and Argos B2B is the data processor. We process that data only on behalf of and under the instructions of our clients. We do not use client customer data for our own marketing or business purposes.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and wish to access, correct, or delete your data, please contact that business directly.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended solely for business use by adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we may have information about a minor, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To submit a California privacy request, email hello@argosb2b.net with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last Updated" date. For material changes, active clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
